Terms of Service
Last updated: October 28, 2026Agreement
These Terms of Service are an agreement between 321 Digital ("we", "us") and the business or person that creates or uses a workspace in the CRM at app.lisenr.com and its related pages (the "Service"). By creating an account, accepting an invite or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you use the Service for a business, you confirm that you may agree to them on its behalf.
A separate written agreement with us, where there is one, takes precedence over these terms.
Accounts and workspaces
Each workspace has an owner, who controls it, its settings and its users. Owners and admins can invite people, choose their roles and remove their access. You are responsible for the people you give access to and for what happens under your workspace's accounts.
Keep your password and two-step verification safe, and tell us at once if you think your account has been misused. A workspace may use as many seats as its plan includes.
Plans, billing and renewals
Paid plans are billed in advance for each billing period, at the prices shown when you subscribe or as agreed in writing, plus any taxes. Usage outside the plan, such as texts, calls or AI credits, is billed as stated for it.
Plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Fees are not refundable except where the law requires or we agree otherwise. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.
Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to break the law or anyone's rights; to send spam or messages to people who have not agreed to receive them; to ignore opt-outs and "STOP" replies; to send unlawful, harmful or deceptive content; to store patient health information or other sensitive data the Service is not meant for; to try to get into other workspaces or our systems; or to overload, reverse engineer or resell the Service except as your plan allows.
Messaging through the Service must follow the rules of the carriers and channels used, including registration and consent requirements for texts and WhatsApp. We may suspend sending, or a workspace, to stop misuse.
Customer data
You own the data you put into the Service. You give us permission to host, process and transmit it only to provide and support the Service, keep it secure and meet our legal obligations.
You are responsible for having a lawful basis for the personal data you keep and the messages you send, including any consent you need. When we process personal data on your behalf, we do so on your instructions and as our Privacy Policy describes.
Third-party integrations
The Service can connect to other services, such as Gmail, Outlook, Stripe, QuickBooks, Xero, Twilio, Meta, Zoom, Slack and Digital Project Manager. When you connect one, you allow the Service to exchange data with it as the connection describes. Those services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them or their availability.
Availability and support
We work to keep the Service available and secure, but it is provided without a guaranteed uptime unless we agree one in writing. We may carry out maintenance, preferably outside business hours, and we may change or improve features over time.
Support is available by email at [email protected].
Termination
You can stop using the Service and close your workspace at any time. We may suspend or end access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, do not pay, or if the law requires it; where reasonable, we will warn you first.
Before a workspace closes, its owner can export its data. We delete a closed workspace's data within 90 days, as our Privacy Policy describes.
Liability and warranties
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we do not give warranties beyond those in these terms, including that the Service will be free of errors or interruptions.
To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data, and each party's total liability under these terms is limited to the fees paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. We will tell workspace owners about important changes at least 30 days before they take effect; continuing to use the Service after that means you accept them.
These terms are governed by the laws of the place where 321 Digital is established, and its courts have jurisdiction, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
